The North
Delhi Municipal Corporation has announced a new health scheme for women
which aims to
bring services
closer for those living in rural areas and unauthorised colonies.
The NDMC Standing Committee Chairman Mohan Bhardwaj said under the
scheme, Stri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna'
health camps and mass awareness drives will be held in various areas of north
Delhi and medical services will be provided through various nodal centres,
hospitals and mobile dispensaries marked for the programme.
